Chicago-based Zeller Realty Group purchased the Guaranty Bank Building in Denver, Colorado from CommonWealth Partners, LLC. This purchase marks the beginning of Zeller’s growth into the Denver market and expands the platform of the twenty-five year old real estate investment company started in 1988 by Paul Zeller.
