Sue Pruski joined Zeller Realty Group (“ZRG”) in 2014 as Vice President of Asset Management, responsible for the planning and strategic direction for ZRG assets. She plays an integral part in financial reporting and client/investor communication.
Prior to joining ZRG, Ms. Pruski was Vice President of Asset Management at Charter Hall Real Estate, Inc. (formerly Macquarie Real Estate Inc.) for 770 million square feet of Class A office assets in Washington, D.C., and Tampa, Florida. Prior to joining Macquarie, she was a Director in the Portfolio Management Group at Equity Office Properties Trust, focused on leasing efforts for 26 assets in San Francisco, California. Ms. Pruski has over eight years of commercial real estate consulting experience, most notably for Ernst & Young, LLP's Real Estate Advisory Services practice, where she was a Manager focused on real estate transaction advisory and business process improvements.
Ms. Pruski has a B.A. in Economics with a Concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a member of the CREW Network as well as the Rho Epsilon National Real Estate Fraternity Alumni Association and is involved in supporting a variety of local charities. Ms. Pruski serves as a key supporter of Avanse, a nonprofit organization that provides education and basic life skills training for children in developing countries throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
