Zeller Realty Corporation was founded in 1988 to acquire and develop commercial property in the Midwest region of the United States. Our primary focus has been high-rise Central Business District("CBD") and Suburban office buildings, but we have developed industrial, flex office, retail, multi-family and specialty properties.
Beginning in 1991, our focus expanded from property development to include the acquisition and repositioning of under-optimized properties. We specialize in well located properties that have the potential of being brought up to institutional grade investment quality. Often our properties are purchased from hands-off institutional investors whose properties have been allowed to deteriorate. Through our disciplined use of the business plan process we bring our properties to their highest and best use. At the end of this process, the properties are often sold back to institutional investors, several of whom have become on-going co-investors and clients.
During the past 12 years Zeller Realty Corporation has completed over $1.2 billion of development and acquisition activity totaling over eight 8 million square feet.

Zeller Realty Corporation structures limited liability companies and limited partnership providing flexibility to investors and partners while facilitating diverse investment strategies. Hands-on management of the process and the properties is maintained through Zeller controlled affiliates from acquisition through ultimate disposition.
