Peter Mrakovich joined Zeller Realty Group (ZRG) in 2012. Since joining the firm, Mr. Mrakovich has managed ongoing tenant and CAPX projects at 401 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, as well as managing key tenant improvement projects at other Midwest facilities. Mr. Mrakovich has also been directly responsible for all of the tenant improvement projects for the redevelopment of The Wrigley Building, including a successful series of spec suites and several build-to-suit projects.
Prior to joining ZRG, Mr. Mrakovich worked for Behringer Harvard managing all construction services for the five million square foot Chicago, Illinois portfolio, as well as writing and implementing Behringer’s national Tenant Improvement Project Management program. Mr. Mrakovich also served as Director-Project Management at Equity Office properties for twelve years prior to that time, managing CAPX and tenant improvement projects nationwide ranging from $2 to $45 million. He directed the national Tenant Improvement Leadership Group prior to the EOP’s acquisition by Blackstone, which achieved industry-leading scores in Kingsley’s tenant satisfaction survey.
Mr. Mrakovich is a graduate of Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
