Carrie Yohe joined Zeller Realty Group ("ZRG") in 2002. She currently works on the marketing and leasing for The Wrigley Building, a 473,000 RSF Historical Landmark that has been carefully rehabilitated and repositioned by the owners as well as 311 South Wacker Drive, a 1.3 Million RSF building in the West Loop which was acquired by a Zeller Realty Group joint venture in 2014.
Since joining ZRG, Ms. Yohe has marketed and leased several properties within the firm’s Chicago portfolio, including: 401 North Michigan Avenue, 211 East Ontario Street, 430 West Erie Street, 500 North Michigan Avenue and Old Orchard Towers in Skokie, Illinois. Ms. Yohe has completed 225 leases totaling 1,250,000 square feet with a value of $350 Million since joining the leasing team at ZRG. Prior to joining ZRG, Ms. Yohe worked for Golub & Company on the residential property management team.
Ms. Yohe graduated in 1999 from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois and is a current member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA) and a past President of the Young Office Brokers Association (YOBA). She has led the North Michigan Avenue/East Loop broker meetings since 2007 and has been on the steering committee for the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner since 2008. In addition, she spends time volunteering with Greater Chicago Cavalier Rescue and Chicago Animal Care and Control.
