Zeller Realty Group

Zeller Realty Group was founded in 1981 to engage in property development and project financing as an independent contractor to The John Buck Company. During the period from 1981-1988, Paul Zeller was active as a General Partner in the commercial office property developments of The John Buck Company, as well as a stockholder.

Beginning in 1988, Zeller Realty Group pursued a wider scope of development projects and acquisitions for its own account. In the past eighteen years, over $1.2 billion of development and acquisition activity has been completed. Projects developed or acquired total over 8 million square feet.

Zeller Realty Group is involved in all aspects of asset acquisition and asset management. Utilizing its expertise in these areas, Zeller Realty structures limited liability companies and limited partnerships that give flexibility to investors and partners while facilitating diverse investment strategies. Management of these entities is maintained through ZRG controlled affiliates and Zeller Realty Group is actively involved from acquisition, through stabilization and ultimately to disposition.

Zeller Development Group engages in construction and development services on behalf of the ZRG portfolio and for third parties. Under the guidance of its experienced development and construction management professionals, Zeller Development provides cost effective planning, timely completion and strong oversight of each project.
