In March 2010, Joe Yendrek became a Director with Zeller Realty Group (ZRG), focusing on leasing, acquisitions, and business development for both ZRG and third-party owned properties in Illinois and nationwide. Mr. Yendrek's current ZRG leasing responsibilities include 500 North Michigan Avenue (322,443 rentable square feet) in Chicago, Illinois; Old Orchard Towers (349,814 rentable square feet) in Skokie, Illinois; and 2245 Sequoia Drive (116,545 rentable square feet) in Aurora, Illinois.

In 2004, Mr. Yendrek founded Equitable Realty Group to lease office/medical buildings for third-party developers. Over the next six years, Mr. Yendrek was involved in eight projects totaling over 450,000 square feet, which were primarily new, ground-up developments. Mr. Yendrek's responsibilities included site selection, design consulting, materials selection, marketing, sales and leasing. With an estimated combined value of over $160 million, Mr. Yendrek's clients included Macom Corporation, Pioneer Design/Build, Cantera Development Group, CD Real Estate Development and BHC Construction, along with other private individual owners.

Prior to forming Equitable Realty Group, Mr. Yendrek was a broker with Grubb & Ellis from 2002 to 2004 where he represented owners and tenants in both leasing and sale transactions. Mr. Yendrek began his commercial real estate career in 2001 for Yendrek Realty, Incorporated.

Mr. Yendrek received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996 from Winona State University, Winona, Minnesota. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Colorado. He is also a member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA), The Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA), and holds the Masters in Commercial Property (MICP) designation.
