KRISTA SWANSON
Assistant Vice President and Director of Human Resources

Krista Swanson is responsible for all aspects of Human Resource functions on a day-to-day basis. Krista’s key responsibilities include benefits administration, compensation analysis, personnel recruitment and retention, human resources policies and procedures, corporate communications, employee and labor relations, training and development and wellness initiatives. Krista develops and drives human resource programs and initiatives and works with senior management in the development of solutions through cultural process and organizational development. Krista also participates in long range human resource planning for Zeller Realty Group.

In addition to her human resource responsibilities, Krista also spearheads the reporting of debt and equity for each of our properties for the Asset Management Group.
