MICHELLE SHRADER

Michelle Shrader is engaged in analyzing and underwriting potential acquisition opportunities at ZRG. She has taken on asset management responsibilities and assists with the reporting process in terms of both debt and equity for the overall ZRG portfolio. Ms. Shrader is also involved in the financial management of the various properties in the portfolio.

While at Zeller Realty Group®, Ms. Shrader has worked as an Assistant Property Manager at 401 North Michigan Avenue, 211 East Ontario and 430 West Erie, a leasing Associate at 111 West Washington Street and a Leasing Director at 500 North Michigan Avenue. In her previous position at 500 North Michigan Avenue, Ms. Shrader was responsible for the leasing and marketing of the commercial office space at 500 North Michigan Avenue where she completed 198,801 rsf of space in 55 transactions, over a four (4) year period. During this period Ms. Shrader also led the team in developing a marketing campaign designed to reintroduce and reengineer the leasing effort at the property, which led to a near 12% growth in occupancy, stabilizing the asset.

Ms. Shrader is a graduate of Lake Forest College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance and minors in Communications and English. She has also earned her MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance, Economics and General Management. Ms. Shrader is a member of both the Chicago Office Leasing Broker’s Association (COLBA) and Commercial Real Estate Organization (CREO). In addition, she has her Masters in Commercial Real Estate degree (MCRE), as well as her Real Estate Salesperson’s License.
