RYAN J. ROOM
Property Manager

Ryan Room joined Zeller Realty Group in May of 2006 as the Property Manager of Zeller’s Carmel / North Indianapolis office portfolio consisting of approximately 832,000 SF. Room is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the portfolio in addition to financial reporting, preparation and implementation of the annual property budgets, cultivating and maintaining relationships with tenants, vendors and subcontractors, and assisting with the overall leasing effort.

Prior to joining Zeller Realty Group, Room spent two years with Indianapolis real estate development & management firm, Citimark Management Co., Inc. Room was hired as an Assistant Property Manager in July of 2004 and was quickly promoted to Property Manager in December of 2005 assigned to a 220,000 SF office portfolio in Indianapolis.

Room is an active member of the Indianapolis Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Carmel Clay Chamber of Commerce. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Indiana and is currently pursuing his Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation through BOMA.

Room is a 2003 graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
