KELLY LENTZ
General Manager

Kelly Lentz joined Zeller Realty Group in November, 2006 as the General Manager of LaSalle Plaza in Minneapolis, Minnesota. LaSalle Plaza is a 588,908 SF Class A office and retail complex in downtown Minneapolis. The property encompasses an entire block and was developed to incorporate three existing structures, the State Theatre, YMCA and LaSalle Apartments. Lentz is responsible for all financial reporting, tenant relations, and all operational aspects of the property.

Prior to joining ZRG, Lentz was a Senior Property Manager with Equity Office Properties. Her responsibilities included preparing monthly management reports, tenant relations, managing tenant improvement projects, moves, and reconfiguration projects, and evaluating and supervising all day-to-day operations at the property. She also assisted Equity Office Properties with the disposition of Northland Plaza and LaSalle Plaza. During this process she participated in building tours, prepared and updated all necessary documentation and assisted the corporate office in all matters relating to the sales of each building.

Lentz holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She is currently actively involved in the Greater Minneapolis Building and Managers Association (BOMA).
