JON A. KUSKIE
Portfolio Manager
Jon Kuskie joined Zeller Management Corporation in August of 1999 as the Senior Property Manager of International Centre Complex (612,421 SF) where he was responsible for financial reporting, tenant retention efforts, and all operational aspects of the project.
Beginning February 2003, Kuskie performed various operational responsibilities at Wells Fargo Place (634,895 SF) as the Assistant General Manager. He also spearheaded the management efforts at the Waters Phase I (91,595 SF) project in Eagan, Minnesota.
In February 2005, Kuskie took on the management and operation aspects of One Financial Plaza (393,902 SF) where he was responsible for all financial reporting and operation aspects of the project as well as assisting in the disposition of this asset and the maintaining of the management responsibilities as a third party provider to an institutional ownership.
As of September 2007, Kuskie has taken on asset management responsibilities and management oversight of the Aurora Medical portfolio consisting of properties in Neenah, Hartford and Two Rivers, Wisconsin (226,046 SF total) as well as Riverwood I and III in Peawaukee, Wisconsin (173,166 SF total) and Deer Creek Corporate Center in Brookfield, Wisconsin (108,836 SF).
Prior to joining Zeller Management, Kuskie worked for Cushman & Wakefield as the Assistant Property Manager of Accenture Tower at Metropolitan Centre from 1995 to 1999 (634,704 SF). While with Cushman & Wakefield, Kuskie was responsible for reporting functions and tenant relations, as well as all day-to-day operations of the building including parking garage management, cleaning services, security services, and all landscaping services.
Kuskie is a graduate of St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management while participating in the school’s Organizational Leadership Program.
Currently, Kuskie participates on the Board of Directors of the Greater Minneapolis Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is active with the Minneapolis Downtown Council.
