Senior Property Manager

As Senior Property Manager of Chicago’s iconic Wrigley Building, Bradley Borowiec is responsible for the daily operations, financial performance, tenant retention and development, and growth of this strategically situated office building. Bradley is proud to be part of the team charged with ensuring that The Wrigley Building continues to play an important part of Chicago’s future.

Borowiec’s move to The Wrigley Building, his 3rd building situated on Chicago’s high profile Magnificent Mile corridor, follows a 6-month assignment as the Senior Property Manager of 500 N. Michigan Avenue, another prominent Zeller Realty Group asset.

A 13-year veteran of the high-profile downtown Chicago real estate industry, Borowiec recently managed and supervised the re-development of a highly visible 8-story vertical shopping center in the heart of the well-known world-class shopping corridor known as Michigan Avenue’s "Magnificent Mile" whose tenants included Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Zara and All Saints. Other notable properties Borowiec was assigned to include the site of PepsiCo’s North American Headquarters.

Borowiec is a proud graduate of the United States Air Force Police Academy and a veteran of the United States Air Force. During his 9-year tenure, he was activated during the onset of Operation Desert Storm in 1991 and again during the Mississippi floods in 1993. He went on to attend and graduate with a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois.

Borowiec is active in the Chicago business community and holds leadership roles with several important organizations. He is a member of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association (GNMAA) and has been instrumental in the presentation of and currently serves as Chair of Operations for that organization’s annual Magnificent Mile Lights Festival which is televised nationally. He is also active in and has held several leadership roles with BOMA (Chicago) where he currently serves as Vice Chair for that organization’s Membership Committee.
